Since the discovery of Ultrasonography its role in medicine become more and more important. With the help of this device, we are able to visualize almost every structure in our body. It is possible to look at a fracture of a bone or a lesion in the brain. Or a doctor is also able to diagnose a disease in our heart. The only difficulty is to visualize the lung since there is an abundance of air inside this structure and as we already know that air is a barrier to ultrasound wave.

My dearest teacher, for long time I have admired you, not only because your presence puts the word “happiness” a long side study, but also because your passion for education itself, that always inspire me to aspire beyond my capabilities. Your eccentric personal being so meticulous about everything, near perfectionism if I might say is what strokes me the most. In class, for me personality you are more than a teacher but you are a model to society. That being said for me, you are a leader that leads by example. My admiration of you being my teacher is beyond what I could ever ask in any teacher, and I`m very proud say that you`re mine. Thanks

First of all.. I would like to say congratulations to my group after sending times together...
It’s really nice to join this group because during this session, we had shared our experiences, abilities, knowledges and much more… I also want to say special thank’s to dr.Sulaiman Sutanto, our lecturer, for his supports, a lot of new informations about medical, how to write a great paper and how to be a good presenter..
I hopes after we finish in English 3, we can still keep in touch in campus and in our googlegroups...
1. Spending more time to to talk about our paper topic
2. Communication is important!
3. Coordinate information to each other
4. Increase our skill ability in everythings...
- How to talk confidently in front of class...
- Use our knowledge as a gun to answer all questions,,
- Don't forget our basic,,,don't forget everythings that we had

Just wanna give some comments about our english discussion,,,,
1. Communication is important!!!
2. Don't do everything by self,,we are a group!!!
3. We need to increase our skill ability in everythings,,,
- How to talk confidently in front of class,,,
- Use our knowledge as a gun to answer all questions,,
- Don't forget our basic,,,don't forget everythings that we had
learned on highschool,, hahahaha
4. Find out to anywhere about our topics,,,not only use a few
sources,,

I would like to give thanks to dr. Suleiman for giving me the
opportunity so that I can present my paper and not forgetting all the
information that he has given to help me finish my paper.
If I may give a few comment and suggestion for our discussion group:
1. It is good to have these type of discussion but the time is too
short to have a good discussion.
2.We should more discussion,so that we don't make many mistakes on our
paper.
3.We should prepare ourselves better before having a presentation.Such
as our pronunciation,power point,etc.
4.Communication among members is also important.
I hope that my suggestion can improve the quality of the next
discussions.
